Both entries below live in your browser's local storage rather than being sent to us with each request. They contain a single word each, hold nothing personal, and can be removed at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

What we don't set
- No advertising or retargeting cookies of our own.
- No social media pixels, no embedded feeds, no third-party fonts or scripts — the site loads only its own files.
- No cross-site profiling, and no data sold or shared for marketing.
The practical consequence is that the site works identically whether you accept or decline: the notice is a courtesy, and choosing "essential only" changes nothing about what you can read.
Cookies set by operators
When you follow a commercial link, the operator's own cookies and any affiliate tracking apply from that point. Those are governed by the operator's cookie and privacy policies, not this one, and typically record that the visit came from an affiliate so the referral can be credited. We receive no browsing history, no identity and no account information from them.
Managing storage yourself
- Every major browser can block or clear site data per site, usually under Privacy or Site settings.
- Private or incognito windows discard both entries when the window closes.
- Clearing them simply means the cookie notice appears again and the age strip returns to expanded.
