All four addresses below are the same mailbox; the subject line simply gets your message to the right pile faster.
A factual correction
A score that no longer matches the site, a live-casino claim that has changed, a broken detail in the table.
A licence detail
If a licensed domain or licensing note on a card is out of date, tell us and cite the register entry.
An operator to consider
UK Gambling Commission licensees only. Tell us what the site does that the current five don't.

Affiliate and partnership questions go here. They stay separate from the scoring, which is not for sale.
What we can't help with
This is the part worth reading before you write, because it saves a wasted day. We hold no accounts and have no access to any operator's systems: nobody here can see your balance, unlock a login or overturn a decision.
- Account access, identity verification or closure — contact the operator's support team directly.
- Missing bonus funds, wagering disputes or withdrawal queries — again, the operator, whose terms govern the offer.
- Formal complaints — raise them with the operator first; if it can't be settled, the operator must refer you to its approved ADR provider free of charge.
- Self-exclusion — register once with GAMSTOP and every British-licensed operator must block you. We cannot exclude you from anything.
- Anything to do with sports betting odds, tips or predictions, which this site does not cover.
What to include
- The page you are writing about, and the operator if the message concerns a specific row.
- What you believe is wrong, and what the correct position is.
- Where we can verify it — the operator's own page, its terms, or the Gambling Commission register.
- Nothing sensitive: never send account numbers, passwords, copies of identity documents or payment details.
